First we prepare a needs assessment based on:

  • The actual situation
  • The desired situation
  • Possible options to bridge the gap between the two

After this, we draw up a customised programme. Our priority here is to determine the most important points together with you.

On the basis of the first phase, we then set out a customised training. In each coaching programme, we adopt the following basic principles:

  • Taking things to heart rather than just memorising
  • Learning by doing
  • Affirmation and appreciation
  • Process-oriented approach
  • Self-determinism

Doing

During the course of the training, we will organise regular consultation meetings with you to discuss the process. In that way we can deal with any issues quickly and effectively, and make any adjustments where necessary.
